How do I book a trip?

Send us a message via the contact page or call 0425 218 935. We'll arrange a 30-minute call to scope your trip, then send a written proposal within five business days.

What's included in the price?

Accommodation, ground transport, guides, listed activities, and most meals. International flights, travel insurance, and personal spending are not included unless we quote them specifically.

How large are your groups?

Most trips run with 4–8 travelers. Several itineraries cap at 6. We also design private trips for couples, families, and small friend groups.

What deposit is required?

A 20% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure. We accept bank transfer and most major cards.

What's your cancellation policy?

Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before departure. Cancellation fees inside that window depend on the suppliers involved and are disclosed in writing before you pay.

Do you arrange travel insurance?

We don't sell insurance, but we strongly recommend it and can refer you to two Australian providers we trust.

Can you tailor a destination not listed?

Often yes. We focus on Türkiye, Morocco, Japan, Greece, Portugal and the Levant — but we'll happily refer you elsewhere if it's not our patch.
