Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using mirzajamal.com.au, contacting us, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Bookings & travel services
All travel arrangements are subject to availability and the terms of the underlying operator, airline, or accommodation provider. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Full payment, or the deposit specified at the time of booking, is required to confirm any travel arrangement. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Shop orders
Shop items are dispatched from Sydney within 3 business days. Title passes on dispatch. Faulty goods may be returned within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation fees vary by supplier and are disclosed before booking. Where a refund is owed, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Liability
Mirza Jamal acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for acts or omissions of those suppliers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.
